How do I make an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please contact our office by calling 925-776-7600. If you are a new patient, please have your insurance information ready and, if applicable, the referral from your primary care doctor.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, list of medications, any relevant medical records, and, if applicable, a referral from your primary care doctor.

How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 3 business days in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need an appointment.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
No, we do not accept walk-in appointments. We encourage scheduling appointments in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs efficiently.
What if I can't speak English?

​We recommend you bring some family member or friend who can be your interpreter. ​Our highly trained staff and physicians are able to speak English, Chinese (Mandarin​), and Spanish.

May I fill out my paperwork in advance?

Can you help me understand my insurance benefits and coverage details?

Our administrative staff is here to help you understand your insurance benefits and coverage details to the best of our ability. Feel free to ask any questions you have regarding your insurance coverage.

Do you require pre-authorization for any treatments or procedures? Is a referral required from my primary care physician?

Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician (PCP) before seeing a specialist like a gastroenterologist. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if a referral is necessary.
